Wash Care :

• Please hand wash wash in cold water with a soft detergent separately. Do not mix with other clothes for washing.
• The products might bleed if they are dyed hence don't be worried as they will retain the color after wash.
• The products with embellishments should be handled with utmost care while washing.
• The products need to be steam ironed to avoid damage to fabrics.
• Do not dry out the products in direct sunlight.

DISCLAIMER: The product might have slight variation in color due to sunlight/photography effect. This product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. These minor variations of Stitches/Motifs add to its charm and ensure you have a unique product.

• You can initiate the return/exchange within 2 days by mailing us at rangrezethnicindia@gmail.com with the order id.
• Once we receive a return/exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason of return/exchange.
• Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us. 
• Please note that the items need to be in unused and untagged. 
• Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be issued a store credit valid for a month.
• If the product fails the quality check it will be shipped back to you after a payment of INR 100.
• No monetary refund will be issued.
• In case of customised orders, no exchange or refund will be done.
• In case of any issues please drop a mail at rangrezethnicindia@gmail.com with the order number and our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours
• In case of defect please share the unboxing video so that the claim can be verified.
• In case you need a pickup done from the location, it will be chargeable
• During the festive sales and event sales such as BLACK FRIDAY, EOSS the return/exchange is not applicable.
