- You can initiate the return/exchange within 2 days by mailing us at rangrezethnicindia@gmail.com with the order id.
- Once we receive a return/exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason of return/exchange.

Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us.
- Please note that the items need to be in unused and untagged.
- Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be issued a store credit valid for a month.
- If the product fails the quality check it will be shipped back to you after a payment of INR 100.
- No monetary refund will be issued.
- In case of customised orders, no exchange or refund will be done.
- In case of any issues please drop a mail at rangrezethnicindia@gmail.com with the order number and our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours
- In case of defect please share the unboxing video so that the claim can be verified.
- In case you need a pickup done from the location, it will be chargeable
- During the festive sales and event sales such as BLACK FRIDAY, EOSS the return/exchange is not applicable.
