Wash Care :
- Please hand wash wash in cold water with a soft detergent separately. Do not mix with other clothes for washing.
- The products might bleed if they are dyed hence don't be worried as they will retain the color after wash.
- The products with embellishments should be handled with utmost care while washing.
- The products need to be steam ironed to avoid damage to fabrics.
- Do not dry out the products in direct sunlight.

This product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. These minor variations of Stitches/Motifs add to its charm and ensure you have a unique product.
- You can initiate the return/exchange within 2 days by mailing us at rangrezethnicindia@gmail.com with the order id.
- Once we receive a return/exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason of return/exchange.
- Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us.
- Please note that the items need to be in unused and untagged.
- Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be issued a store credit valid for a month.
- If the product fails the quality check it will be shipped back to you after a payment of INR 100.
- No monetary refund will be issued.
- In case of customised orders, no exchange or refund will be done.
