Once we receive a return/exchange request it will be processed by our team which will validate the reason of return/exchange.
Once the request is approved you will be provided the mailing address to ship back the shipment to us.
Please note that the items need to be in unused and untagged.
Once the item is received by us and passes the quality check you will be issued a store credit valid for a month.
If the product fails the quality check it will be shipped back to you after a payment of INR 100.
